Outside the Central Valley it is between 4 and 10 week days. Each delivery is personal (door to door). We deliver to the following locations: • Central Valley • South: Down to Aserri. • North: Up to Barva de Heredia. • West: The limit is Ciudad Colón / Alajuela Centro. • East: The limit is Paraíso de Cartago. • Central Pacific: Orotina, Tarcoles, Herradura, Jaco, Esterillos, Quepos, Manuel Antonio, Puntarenas Centro, Caldera. • San Jose-Puntarenas Highway: nearby locations like: Grecia, Palmares, Naranjo, San Ramon. • North Pacific: Liberia, El Coco, Papagayo, Hermosa, Santa Cruz, Tamarindo, Pinilla, Flamingo, Cañas.

Delivery Cost Delivery costs may vary depending on distance and quantity. FREE SHIPPING on all orders above $70. Orders below $70 have an extra cost of $1 per item.

Pricing Prices are set in Colones, so $70 would be 40,000 Colones, and $1 represents 560 Colones. Prices on the website do not include shipping costs. We may change listed prices without prior notice. Please check them regularly. Prices are definitive when confirming a request and are valid for buying online only.

Payment Methods • Pick Up At Enoteca: You can buy online and pick up your order at Vinum La Enoteca, Plaza Los Laureles, San Rafael de Escazú. • Cash: You can place your order online and pay in cash upon delivery. Make sure to have the exact amount handy, as delivery clerks do not carry pocket money. Checks, WU or money orders are not accepted. • Credit Card: MASTERCARD, VISA and AMERICAN EXPRESS are welcome. The person who signs the invoice upon delivery and receives the product must be the credit card holder.  We will call you beforehand to tell you what day and hour you will receive the product(s). If the credit card holder cannot receive the items in person, we will not be able to deliver your order. In this case, Vinum La Enoteca will refund the money into the card holder's account, without administrative charges (up to 15% of total amount) and shipping costs.

Return Policy Please check your order upon reception, make sure everything is correct. We do not process claims after the delivery.

Changes and Cancellation Policy Call at 2289-5917 to rectify or cancel any orders. You can also send an email to: mercadeo@vinumlaenoteca.com before the order is dispatched.  According to the changes we may charge up to 15% of the total amount of the order.
